I've been running IIS for years at home on my own servers doing my own asp and asp.net sites but now I want to try some php, mainly becuase I want to use vBulletin (it seems like the best forum out there right now) as the forum and thats done with php and nysql.

I was wondering if its possible to run php sites along side asp.net sites on the same server or will installing the stuff to run php and MySql screw up my asp.net and SQL Server stuff? I've never touched php or mysql so I'm clueless. I don't want to find out the hard way either lol. Thanks in advance.

I run both without problems in a lot of places. You'll want to follow the manual's instructions very closely when you are installing PHP on IIS, though. If you do it wrong you can end up with some very serious holes in your server.
