Can I run a Crystal Report 9.2 from a .bat file?

I have a script that will pass parameters from an application to a .bat file and run it.

Can a .bat file run a Crystal 9.2 report, and what is an example?

There used to be an option to compile a rpt into an EXE, but that was remvoed several versions ago.
