Can I revert from IE5.5 to IE4?

On NT

I do not have any uninstall or revert to previous version info. Is there any way at all to Install an older version if IE?

Only way I know of it to get rid of IE5.5 first. To get rid of IE5.5 try IEradicator If it works you can then do a clean install of IE4. NB It does not mention NT specifically, I suggest you contact them before attempting to run this.
