Can I restrict transfer capability on an analog line?

I have a group of analog lines for which I want to restrict the ability to transfer or create a 3-way call.

Is there a way to remove this "feature" from a particular extension? Or is it a system default as it is needed for feature activation, etc...

i dont know about the conference part but you can uncheck the allow trunk to trunk connect on each line.
