CAN I RESTORE MY PC TO MY ORIGINAL SETTINGS

Depends on how/if you backed anything up. Look around in the software that came with the computer for a restore disk. If not, you might try contacting the manufacturer for one, tho I don't know if it will be free.
Other than that, did you perform any form of backup on your own? Burn to cd?
