Can I require a password to clear the history

I would like to make it so that a password is required to clear the history on IE6, and I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to do that.

IF you are running windows XP Pro, you can setup security policies to do that from the console root. I am just learning about it so I'm not the best one to tell you how to do it,
