Can I reprocess BAD messages from GWIA in GWPROB folder?

Our GWIA server crashed and we were forced to build a backup GWIA in our Secondary Domain. It appeared to be working outbound but I was seeing error AA02 on the inbound messages. All incoming mail was being sent to the GWPROB folder with a BAD extention. Our original GWIA server has been restored so is it possible to salvage those messages marked as bad?
