We have an order that went out in June under the wrong part number. We made an update to a product but it was not reflected on the order. Is it possible to delete the order from history then reenter manually? We want to make sure when the customer calls for replacement parts etc. they will get the proper parts.

I would perform an RMA on the item with a full credit and then rebill the item actually sold. This should take care of all the debits and credits and you will see the actual item shipped in history.

If you wish, you can actualy change the history using Macola. As dgillz has advised they are better ways from a business process, but if you want the quick and dirty then in Order Entry Process Load Sales History you can actually change your history data. I might add a line comment advising the the line item was change ATF.

Correcting it in the Sales History Load will correct the invoice and nothing else. If the inventory needs to be corrected, costs are different etc. The processess that dgillz mentioned is the better way to go.
