Can i recover my forum database from ibdata1

I got a problem!
Deleted my account in cpanel and lost all the database..
I looked around on my server and found a file called ibdata1
172mb's

This was about the size of my db so im guessing it has somthing to do with it!

Anyone know much about these files and if i might be able to, restore my forum some way with it?

The data is probably still there, as long as nothing has been done to the database since. It's probably just a matter of tweaking some index entry somewhere. However, I'd imagine that's totally undocumented, except in the source code.
