Can I purchase Exchange 2003

Hi,

We'd like to move our email to Exchange, and it looks like Exchange 2003 is a better fit for our infrastructure at this time. Can we still purchase Exchange 2003, and will that work with Office 2007?

Yes and yes, but if it was me, I'd be giving serious consideration to 2007. Take into account support lifecycles and such.

Exchange 2007 is a great product and so is Exchange 2003.

If poss, try to get 2007.

If you purchase 2007, you will have downgrade rights to 2003.

But like the others have said, if this is your first server, go ahead and do 2007. Just remember, 2007 needs win2k3 r2 64 on 64 bit hardware to run.
