We have an Nortel Meridian option 81C and Meridian Mail. We currently use only 2008/2616 models besides of course the M2250 auto attendant. One person requested his phone to see a list/history of incoming calls made to his DN. is that an option for our switch? is that an option for our model phones? i gleaned from the forum that a 39xx series phone works, but didn't see about the 2616's.

can i program a specific M2616 to show call history

I have installed a Western Telematics PollCat on the TTY port it will show CLID of calls made into the system. In LD 10/ll you will need to set the optioon to output internal calls if you want to get extension to extension calls.
Some one may need to dump the calls and format them for a report.
In the past I've used Foxpro with Datacomm to write reports and communicate with the maint port.
