Can I pass variable data to a static URL using Hyperlink

I am sending shipping notifications to our customers using Crystal X1. I want to be able to insert a hyperlink in each email(variable) to the appropriate information on one of many tracking websites. The URL itself - only for UPS looks like this:

http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/...oTermsAndConditions=yes&track.x=33&track.y=10

where the tracking number - what comes from the database is this number 1ZE592520348106812

My ? is how do you insert the tracking number in the extended hyperlink for each order.

I've done something similar to this before by creating a formula that has the text of the hyperlink and then insert your database fields where they need to be. Something like this; "

http://www.mysite.com/"

& table.field & "blahblahblah...". You are just concatenating the link using the database information where it’s needed. In my case I wanted to apply this to a field in the detail line of my report so I just went to format field then to the hyperlink tab and selected the "Website on the internet" option and pasted my formula in the formula editor(X+2).
