I would like Project to Open and run a macro that I specify. Is that possible?

Yes,

Go in The Visual Basic Editor

left Side:
Select your Project under the Global.Mpt
in The Microsoft Project Objects

Right side
Code:
Private Sub Project_Open(ByVal pj As Project)
enter your Macro name here
End Sub

bye bye

oups sorry for publishing twice the same post...

Note :

Remember to transfert the macro in the Project

so the macro can be run on every computer.

Also remember that a window will pop up when project is loaded asking to enable Macro..
