Can I open outlook messages from Access?

I am creating an app for a friend. He wants to see his task, emails and appointments in an Access form. I was able to do that.

What he wants to do now is double click on one of the emails in a continuous form I build and the email actually opens. Does anyone have code for that?

I guess that depends on how you got to where you are... You should be able to automate Outlook get at the mail item id in order to open a specific e-mail. The question really is why? It sounds like you are just designing Outlook.

Because that is what someone wants. I think it is part of a bigger application that was built to manage other task and data and they want it all in one switch board. People want what they want.
