can I only have one email address in the email field?

It appears that i can only have one email in the voice mail to email field. I tried seperating them with semi-colon, but doesn't seem to work. I just wanted to confirm with you guys that only one mail box is possible? Will I need to build a distribution email and forward it that way?

on a side note, is there the possibility of outcalling to a cell phone from embedded?
 
Use a HG mail vmbox, tick broadcast and set the users source numbers H<HGname> and V<HGnumber>

So yes only 1 vm to email for EmbeddedVM. For VMPro you can have more but the setup needs to be done on the server.

BAS1234, I thought HG mailboxes only sent messages to other mailboxes, not forward emails. Are you saying use a hunt group box to forward the message to seperate users and then notify each user from their own mailbox?
 
Yes it fwd the HG VMail, and if you enter an email on the users VM then that will be forwarded.

okay. What about outcalling to a cell phone? is that possible?
 
Broadcast
The voicemail system (Voicemail Pro only) can be instructed to automatically forward messages to the individual mailboxes of the hunt group members. The messages are not stored in the hunt group mailbox.

So if you have setup outcalling it will work.

I should have clarified. Using embedded voice mail, so there is NO outcalling on embedded?
 
No outcaling on Embedded.
From the help of the users source number.

P<Telephone Number>
This entry sets the destination for callback (outbound alert) calls from voicemail. Enter P followed by the telephone number including any necessary external dialing prefix, for example P917325559876. This facility is only available when using Voicemail Pro through which a default Callback or a user specific Callback start point has been configured. Refer to the Voicemail Pro documentation. This feature is separate from voicemail ringback and Voicemail Pro outcalling.
