can I obtain normal distribution by Excel??

hello all~~

if I just got few data (such as mean) , can I got the normal distribution curve ??

also, I know that excel can generate the random numbers, but hot about any others??
such as beta-distribution, log-distribution etc.

I hope some of you can help me~~
