I'm using Access 97.

I have a tabel listing date, employees, part numbers, presses, number of parts, total hours.

If multiple employees make the same part on the same day on the same press then I want to total the parts made and then divide by the number of employees that worked on them. Is there a way to do this?

Thank you
Tarena

Take a look at the DCount() and DSum domain aggregate functions in Access help - should be just what you need!

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.
That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
