Can I move lines on phones/button moving

I have a MICS 5.0, 0x32 system and the lines after line 8 don't show on the phones even though they appear when I check in hardware. The phone says not in service on these lines. I also want to move them, they are not in the right order.

the lines are from 1-4 ( for lines 1-4 ) and 25-28 ( for lines 5-8 ) so for your eight line set you would need to assign 001,002,003,004,025,026,027,028. Feature *81 will change line positions on your phone set.
