I already have printed out templates on the phones. They added a single paging speaker. So they have gone from 4 lines to 5 lines. That now messes up the templates as the auto assigned line 5 button is labeled ext 10 auto dial. Can I move line 5 to the top left function button or can I move the valcom 1030 speaker to an open ext port and assign an auto dial to the top left button and make it work? The top left button is labeled page and programed as loudspeaker page currently.
Thanks for any help as Partners are not my forte and I have not programed one in many years.

Yes, you can assign a line button to any button with a light. To do this:
Press Feature 00, the left intercom twice, #301, enter the ext number, then 05 for the line. Press 2 to unassign it. Press #301 again, press 3. Press the button you want to program it on. Repeat for each ext. Save your programming with #124.

If you're using line 5 as a paging port (#617-05-1), remove the actual line appearance from the phone (#310-XX-05-2), and put a Loudspeaker Page button on ANY button (including one without lights) with Intercom 70.

OK so both of you are right. I think I want do what Tommy says as it is what I was trying to do in the first place. I programed Loudspeaker Page on that button (top left with light) in the first place (I70) but when I press it all I get is a fast busy. It does not go to the paging. Is that because I didn't have line 5 on the system at all?

OK but wait. How do you program the CO port as the paging port or is that what you told me in your first post?
