Can I modify Acess 97 print preview menus and toolbars 1

I want to control the menus and tollbars that appear on the print preview screen in Access 97. I am currently using OpenReport to call the preview but would like to remove most of the options except Print and Close - the users of this application are easily confused!.

Any help gratefully received.

create your own custom menu and put it in the "other" tab of the report properties
