Can I mass update the Global Address Book?

We have Exchange 2003. We have a need to update phone numbers, address info, and such for each user in our Global Address Book. Is there a quick, easy way for an administrator to update this on a mass scale? (I would love to export it to an excel sheet, put the new data in, then import it back in to the system) Can this be done?

ADmodify or an ldif import can do this. I do this from time to time to update tens of 1000's of user account attributes. I would practice in your test environment first if possible as you can really screw things up with this very powerful tool. Good luck.
