Can I make conference Bridge line with my G3?

How would I make a muti-connect Conferece line?

Are you aware of any vendors that provide this servie at a reasonable rate?

I use Latitude Meeting Place. It's a server based system. I think Cisco bought them. It gets connected to the PBX via T1's As for the cost I have no idea. The management her thinks these things up in a hour and I have to get it working in 45 min.

Depending on software version you could use meet me conferencing for smaller conferences (up to 6 parties)

You have the meet me conference capabilities but I have found the feature to be under performing. It's limit to 6 party conferences just falls short of what the real world really need.
