I have a non profit customer client who has a bunch of ESI IP phones and they want to see if they can be flashed (broken) so they can be generic SIP handsets. They have a phone system that will support SIP phones such as SNOM, Polycom etc. Does anyone know if this can be done? If it can, how?

Does this help, I'm not familiar with these at all?

By the looks most servers seem to support SIP, so I guessing the phone do to.

The trick is to see what protocols are supported in the config / ini file for the phone.
