Is the computer running all the time or is it turned on at 6:00am too.<br>
If so the you could put an Access Icon in the startup group of the PC.<br>
Heres one I have<br>
&quot;C:\Microsoft Office97\Office\MSACCESS.EXE&quot; &quot;Y:\Sales\Get E-mail PO.mdb&quot; /X GetEMail<br>
<br>
the first part is the Path and Access<br>
Second is th edatabase name<br>
third is a macro launched when after the database opens.<br>
Now the macro can do anything of course.<br>
Run a report Open a form run VBA code<br>

There are a couple of utilities that make scheduling very easy. We found after we scheduled the first item losts of other uses cropped up. One ispart of a Win95 add-on package/suite, I forget what it's called. That's not very helpful, is it? I just remember it showed up as a red cross on my toolbar. Another option I'm aware of is Total Access Agent from FMS art <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> Haven't used that one but good success with other fms products. One great reason to buy a utilitiy is that they can give you error messages when things go wrong, keep logs of when the process started and finished, etc. It's not expensive compared to reinventing the wheel, version 1, when somebody else in on Wheel v 6907 :)
