can I index a view in ids 9.4?

I can do this on MS SQL server and I am just wondering if I can w/informix.

A view uses the index(es) of the table(s) it's based on and a view cannot have its own dedicate index(es).

Would be nice if this feature was available, perhaps it'll be offered in the future.
