I have a physician summary report. It is supposed to print out a summary of info for each practice in the database (90+) and the page length varies per practice.

For some reason, I am only able to view/print 15 pages (5 practices). Is there a way to correct this so that I can view data for all of the practices in my database?

I'm a newbie with practically no VBA experience so simple insructions would be appreciated :>

You need to find what the report is based on. If you are a newbee as you said, you should try to get who ever created the report to look at it, but if that is not posible, we need to know what the report is based on.

You can do that by opening the report in design mode and right click ing on it and looking at the data source on the menue to see if it is based on a table or a query.

The report is based on a query that returns 5 records. I'm not too sure why it is only returning the 5.

The question you asked prompted me to take a look at the query. The joins were all wrong that's why only five records were being returned! :~/

Thanks!
