I'd like to know if I can import a .DBF file into an Access table using the IN clause of the SELECT statement, if
so how?
Do I need a Data Definition File? What's its format? How do I use?

Thanks for any help

From the Jet SQL help file:

... FROM Table IN "" [dBASE IV; DATABASE=C:\DBASE\DATA\SALES;];

... FROM Table IN "C:\DBASE\DATA\SALES" "dBASE IV;"

Hope This Helps, PH.
