Can I host two website domain names using one router and server?

I have a Netopia R910 router that is the gateway for my LAN with IP address 192.168.0.254. I also have a web server with IP address 192.168.0.2 that is hosting our web site.

The Netopia router forwards port 80 to the web server.

My ISP recommended adding a second static IP address to our service for free to handle the second domain name for the second website.

I know that I can set up multiple websites in IIS 6.0 by assigning them to a ports other than port 80. However, this means that somewhere, some network device needs to be turning port 80 for the second IP address into a different port for the web server.

Also, adding a second NIC to the web server is no problem if NIC #1 needs to receive traffic from website #1 on port 80 and NIC #2 needs to receive traffic from website #2 on port 80.

Will I need:
1) A second web server?
2) A second router?
3) A second cable modem?
4) A second cable internet connection?

If I can use my existing router, what is the name of the setup process so I can learn more about it?

Thanks for any links or pointers to help me learn my options!
