Dear all,
I am looking at ways to hide the Citrix server drives? Unfortunately some applications seem to save by default to the servers C: drive. Some users are therefore saving to what they think is the local C: drive but in fact saving to the C: drive of the server.

This has at the least, these issues..

[ul]
[li]They complain that they can't find their file on their C: drive (cos its not there!)[/li]
[li]Users files get saved on the server that we don't want
[/li]
[li]I don't want people accessing the C: drive of my server thank you very much![/li]
[/ul]

If anyone has any information on this, I would be mighty pleased.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, through Domain Policy. If you don't have a domain do it through gpedit on the server

Definitely do not edit the system.adm file like that article says. Even the Microsoft knowled base article on this matter tells you to do this.

If that .adm file is ever updated in a service pack and overwrites what you have now you'll be stuffed...

Create your own .adm file -- it is not too difficut -- in fact I have a sample for this very thing if you need it.

You might also want to go and look at some of the custom ADM files that other have written and are available for download.

Try which has soem good resources.
