Can I have two Servers on the one physical machine?

Hi all,

I have a DRP situation where ES1 goes down and I need to restore it onto ES2.

My query really is concerned with the naming scheme. How can I restore site ES1 onto ES2? The physical server can obviously only have one netbios name.
Is it a matter of just pointing things to the right directories?

Can somebody point out the steps involved here?
