aM ASKING FOR SOME NOTES WHICH CAN GUIDE ME IN LLEARRNNING VB.net

Are you a vb-6 programmer or are you just starting programming?

I would recommend buying a book rather than looking at someone else's notes.

Perhaps call a college near you and see what they are using. Those books are usually pretty basic (to begin with) and will introduce you to some concepts, or you can just look on ebay and get some really cheap books.

longolongo, my advice is and has always been to invest in some type of training rather than a book. .NET is immense and there is a lot to learn and it can be overwhelming. Check out the .NET training series from AppDev, its what I used and it brought me up to speed a lot quicker than a book could. Books are great references, but in this case i needed more than that to get me started. The programs they offer are a little pricey but when you consider how much time you will save its worth it to you and your company. ;)

once you get into .NET if you're going to be writing apps against a database check out StrataFrame. It'll save a lot of time and frustration.
