Hi ,
Can I have Multiple FORMS on ONE HTML page, and All these FORMS have different action Attribites ?

Yes, that is possible. I have done it before, with each <form> </form> having its sumbit button.

I have never tried it, but I have been told that nested forms are NOT possible.

no u cannot have a form inside a form u can have 2 or more forms on a page but they cannot be inside each other
