Can I group manipulate incoming DID to match digits of ext no?

Hi All

Going from Broadview passing 2 digits to satisfy a dial plan on a Legend that matched the extensions.

New provider, Comcast, cannot pass 2, can only pass 3. I know I should have them renumber and blow away all the mailboxes (MerMail R3.05) and start again, but in lieu of that, can I make a table entry where I expect 3, delete 1 and leave add empty? Does that effectively pass just 2? Or if I am on the right track and messed some of it up, can someone set me straight? Looking for a mask to satisfy all users since our table is only 16 entries.

Kind of a last minute realization here so it's the 11th hour.

Yes, that should work just fine. I can't believe that Comcast can't send what's needed, but you can "program around" their shortcomings.
