Looking to see how I can copy a voicemail to a file in either a .wav format or .mp3. Is this possible through the administrative GUI or by going onto the server directly? This would be for users mailboxex as requested.

You can do it from the web interface for the user login. I am not sure about from the server itself and I dont believe you can from the admin side.

Thanks - How do I access the user login for Unity? I do not see anything in the CUCM User Portal.

Just note that the user has to be authorized for this under the Class of Service. You can also use Outlook to do an IMAP connection and pull the messages that way (also needs to be allowed under the COS).

Thanks for the CiscoPCA information! That works well. Scenario #2.... If owners of the company want to be able to pull voicemails out of someones mailbox, is that possible? Not saying they personally want to retrieve them but they ask me, who has administrative rights to do this, can I?
