Can I get a list of files opened given the Process ID?

Hello Everyone;

I was wondering if it would be possible to get a list of files that a program has open if I have the process ID. I'm looking for source that I could include in my program and not a seperate utility. The program would be one that I started via Visual Basic, if that makes a difference.
