I have Windows Exchange server and I want to configure some accounts so that for some users all mail coming in their email accounts from inside and outside gets forewarded to an outside email address.....
Can anyone help with this task.....

If this is Exchange 5.5 this is what we do
In the Exchange admin you crate a custom receipt and select internet address.
We set the outside emaill address and the default SMTP and give their corresponding aliases for our internal mail.
this gets the job done for us

A detailed explaination can be found on the Microsoft Technet site reference Q255697 ("XADM: How to Forward Mail from Exchange Mailbox to POP3 Address").
