Can I execute an serverside EXE from ASP?

You can use the HTML <A> tag.
Example:
<A HREF="C:\myexecutable.exe">Click here to run executable </A>
The only problem with this is the user is required to click the "Open" button from the "File Download" dialog box before running the executable.
