Can I Email a Video clip taken with a webcam?

Hi Web Browser experts,

I could not find a forum that relates very well to my question, so here goes.....

If I record a short, 3-second clip with a webcam....

can I send it via email? (Outlook Express in my case)

Would the recipient need any special software to view the clip?

(Please don't warn me about how long it would take to download the email with a dial-up connection...we all know that.)

Yes, you can email it. Save it as mpeg or avi and the recipient will be able to view it with Media Player or RealPlayer, depending on what htey have loaded.
