***Can I disable the QuickReports preview menu??

This is my problem:
I have developed a research app that enables the user to lookup and view data. Only thing, the data is kind of sensitive and my boss doesn't want them to print the reports. I know they can do the whole print screen and all that but they are beginner pc users....anyways, I used the form1.quickrep1.preview method but is there a way disable that menu bar? Thanks

i dont think u can..
u can use the qrpreview and create your own.

i use free fast report

http://www.fast-report.com/en/

because it has a better preview tool.

Even if you do disable the menu bar, it wouldn't stop them doing screen dumps if they really wanted to print the data! Does you boss know that?

Ya I've told my boss that but the material is not like "a matter of national security"...she just doesn't want people to be printing the reports...the entire office is lawyers who don't know much about computers anyway...

So the answer is "NO" - I can't disable the menu? Thx for everyone's help...
