Can I delete and the create a ne blank mailbox?

I have an old exchange server which I successfully moved 90 percent of my mailboxes from to a new server. That part went fine. Unfortunately the store corrupted due to a bad disk and I did a restore. I pulled the remaining boxes off manually to pst files as it was only 6 boxes. Can I use exchange tasks to delete the mailbox and then create a new one on the new server? I would then import the pst files.

sure, after you create them and reconnect them to users you can use exmerge to import from pst.
