Can I customize all of my windows??

Hi, <br>
I am running a pc with win98, and IE5.0. both win98 and IE5.0, when loaded, give you the ability to customize your folders with your own html, and javascript, etc.<br>

I want to know if I can access the default .html file for all of the folders, so I don't have to edit them all individually?<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Just create an index.html page in a folder and, PRESTO, it's automatically the default page that gets pulled up when you open that folder in IE, NS, or Windoze Explorer (really IE if you're using Win98 <i>or</i> IE 5+)<br>

Maybee I didn't make myself quite clear.<br>

I dont want to customize the way it appears in IE, or NN, I want to customize the way the folders look explorer. but here is the catch: I dont want to customize one window, I want to customize <b>ALL</b> of the windows.<br>
