Can i create this in MX2004?

Hi all,

I've been searching for ideas for a navigation bar to incorporate into my website on the net. I came across the one used on this site:

...i like the idea that a sub menu and different color background appears when you click on a link. As i'm new to MX2004, i would like to ask someone in the know if this kind of nav bar can be created in Dreamweaver 2004?

Any help is appreciated.

you can do it with Fireworks if you have the macromedia suite.
