I need to provide security for swithboards at the user group or user level. Does anyone have an idea as to how to accomplish this?

If you create userlevel security then you will have security on each object.

Thank you for the information but I cannot see where this information applies to Access 2003?

I have never used Access 2003 but I'm sure Zameer is, of course, right. Does Tools|Security not exist on your menu bar?

You can create your own 'security' but this is hassle and I could certainly never get it secure.

User level security is a little complicated subject. The links below will help you to understand it.

Thank you again. Tools Security exist and I have added the users, I am applying the CurrentUser() to the Switchboard menu options so that approved users can open the form.
