Well I have made a Macro in Access (Yes, I know it's not optimal, but I can't do VB code :.( )

The macro works like charm, but it would be really great if I could execute this from outside Access or perhaps without opening all access except for the report-window. Can that be done?

In advance tx :)

what about creating a database that only opens long enough to print the report and then closes... You create a macro with the OpenReport Action and follow that with the Quit Action.. and name this macro AutoExec.... So the macro runs as soon as the database opens....runs the report and then closes... This database can contain the report, the macro, and if the Report's RecordSource is a query add that. As for the table(s) that the RecordSource is based on, you can link it/them from the original database.

You could also create a desktop shortcut directly to the report. As far as the Access window itself, search this site for solutions on how to get rid of it. There is code in here that I saw recently.
