I'd like to create multiple reports for several hundred people. Rather than creating separate Crystal reports and then have to collate the reports, I'd like to create multiple Crystal reports within one document to avoid collating multiple reports.

Is it possible in Crystal Reports to create multiple reports? I don't see where in Crystal to add a page break and then get another page of sections (header, detail, footer, etc.) Am I limited to just one instance of header/details/footer sections per Crystal Report? Can I do multiple reports per person (group)

The term is a subreport.

You create the second report and add it into the first. For what you describe, add the subreport into the report footer of the main report, and add a page break with the reeport footer.

Keep in mind that all subreports will have the page header and footer of the main report. Any page header and footer in the subreport will become report headers once it is imported as a subreport.

Also the subreport is a copy of the second report within the first report, not linked to the second report file. [sig]
Ken Hamady
ken@kenhamady.com
<a href= Reports Training by Ken Hamady
[/sig]
