Can I create a table with 1.8*10^11 rows?

I'm trying to create a table with 1.8*10^11 rows? Is it possible with
mySQL v4?

I suppose it will take a lot of time to handle it, right?

As long as your hardware can handle it, (disk space, ram etc..) MYSQL shouldn't have problems if it is properly indexed.
