Can I create a 'one touch' toggle for primary/alt VM greet?

In someone's personal mailbox??? No. They'd have to go into their mailbox admin.
In the AA, you would be recording a greeting that states to continue in another language press 9, then if the caller ends up in a mailbox with an Alt greeting recorded, they will hear that Alt greeting. MRoberts
