Can I create a list of all links -- Not just site pages?

I'd like to provide one page on a web site (dealwright.com) which lists all of the hyperlinks that appear in the site -- especially those used in paragraphs and tables of data, that go to off-site pages.

I'm not asking about internal links between the pages of the site itself, but rather about links to various other web sites, etc.

Is there some way to do this? Is there some way to do this so that each time I add or modify a link anywhere in the site, that new data will also be reflected on the "Links Page"?
