Can i control usage aliase name in /etc/aliases

In my company have aliase name staff that for sendmail to all users but I want to control for few user to used this aliase can I do it and How?

i take it you're asking if you can allow users other than root to be able to modify the aliases on a mail machine ...

you can add the ability (with smc if nothing else) to allow users to add, modify & delete ... but that seems to allow modification of user accounts as well ...
