Is it possible to connect phones that have not been listed as compatible with the ncp500?

I tried connecting the kx-nt700 conference phone but it was displayed on the phone "connect to SIP server" when I try to make a call.
Also it's not possible to put the phone INS though I can register using the MAC address. I was trying to set it up as an IP extension.

Would this mean that to connect the conference phone, it would have to be a SIP extension?? Or would it mean the phone cannot work with the ncp500 since it's not listed as one of the compatible phones??

And if it is possible to connect, how do I go about it?

It needs a sip extension and licence to work on the ncp system. And a dsp of course

NT700 it can be :

1.analog extension (need card analog extension)
2.SIP extension (need sip lisence+DSP)
3.Peer to peer (Ip address)

you can connect to TES824/TDA100_200_600/TDE100_200_600/NCP1000 with analog extension
you can connect to TDE100_200_600/NCP1000/NS1000 with SIP extension
